Good knowledge of Cisco UCCE and CVP product line and technology.

Design, implement and maintain complex CISCO ICM/UCCE.

Work with business users to define needs and advise solutions and Generated Technical Documentation.

Direct multiple Unified Communication-related projects and coordinate with all relevant parties including fellow engineers, project managers, and customers or vendors

Our UCCE Engineers work together in a collaborative environment to help maintain the integrity of the IP based voice recording, analytic, workforce management, and related systems.

Troubleshooting implementation related inbound/outbound call issues from cradle to grave are part of our UCCE Engineer responsibilities.

Generates voice network configurations from High & Low Level Design prospective

Builds simulated UCCE, CVP setup in test labs to resolve highly complex problems and compatibility issues.

Cisco ICM Enterprise development and deployment experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct Design Meetings with other engineers, project managers, vendors, and customers for upgrade/changes on an on-going basis.

Works with business users to determine call flow and call center requirements, solutions, reporting and systems enhancements.

Documents corporate and remote branch call flow configurations and call flow charts.

Builds and maintains spread sheets and related discovery documents for call center. strategies.

Evaluates and recommends new products and concepts for call center activity.

Troubleshooting implementation related inbound/outbound call issues from cradle to grave are part of our UCCE Engineer responsibilities.

Knowledge and Experience with:

Cisco ICM Enterprise development and deployment experience

CISCO IP-IVR Application Design, Development, and support

CISCO ICM Solution Architecture and Integration Design

CISCO ICM Script Design and Deployment

CISCO CVP Solution Architecture and Integration Design

CISCO CVP Application Design and Development

ICM Enterprise script, design, deployment experience.

H.323, SIP and/or MGCP integration experience with UCCE Solutions

SQL Query Analyzer/RCD/TCD/Call Trace/Log Analysis

Excellent technical documentation skills

Additional Requirement”-

Should possess mandatory Hands-on and design experience specific Cisco IPT/CC platform

  1. Should have prior design/implementation experience of working on E2E New implementation/Migrations/upgrades on recent platform This would include both software and hardware migrations along with adjuncts.
  2. Should be really good at writing up technical design documentation (HLDs/LLDs/Test Plan documents)
  3. Having prior hands-on experience of voice recording applications along with contact center application suite would be added advantage
  4. Work with management team to develop a comprehensive and successful Cisco
  5. Unified Communications business unit and plan
  6. Responsible for design, staging, configuration, implementation, and support for
  7. VoIP installations as necessary
  8. Responsible for managing all existing VOIP/Contact Center operations
  9. Responsible for engaging Cisco and technical contacts as required for
  10. knowledge and business development for Unified Communications
  11. Managing Multiple cross-functional Vendors
  12. Motivate groups and individuals. Able to think creatively and
  13. Closely working with cross-functional Team from (Information technology, Operations)
