The chief function of human resource is to create a balance between the employers and the organization. It acts as a medium through which all the pleas, laments, problems are carried to the organization.
It is the duty of the HR to look for the economic policies of an organization and to negotiate with the salary packages, looking after the recruitment policies, the strategy of the company. It is required that the HR should have good communication skills as it will help him/her in the building up of relationships among other employees.
